Beltaed congratulations to Andrew Downard who scored his second hole-in-one for the year at North Adelaide on Thursday 10 September.

Playing in the regular Thursday morning Dewsweepers comp, Andrew took on the 80-metre par 3, Third: “I used a gap wedge, caught the left-hand bank and luckily rolled into the hole!

“I was shocked after getting two aces this year and (playing partners) Leon, Bob and Felix seemed as excited as I was, but we didn't think to take a photo.”

Andrew scored his first ace on the 12th of February at the 12th hole of the old South Course .

His latest eagle is the fifth recorded at the Third hole in an NAGC club event, since competition moved to the shortened North Course back in May.
